WPClipart is a vast collection of clipart images. The current packet includes around 17,000 images.
The library has its own viewer that displays a list with all the categories, the files are on the left, and a small preview can be seen to the right.
Among the images that make up the collection are drawings, photographs and illustrations.
The main categories include: animals, buildings, flags, food, geography, money, music, people, religion, mythology, smileys, etc.
The viewer lets you apply some effects on the images, such as: rotate reflect, invert, soften, contrast, brighten and much more. You can also copy the images onto your clipboard from within the interface itself.

unfortunately the program cannot be downloaded, it says that the page is not found ,, and it is a good program, other programs that also say the same the rest is more than good eh, many downloaded and...
